What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and major debit cards. We also accept payment by personal or company cheque sent to our office.

 

How do I know if something is on back order?

Cookrite Online aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If a problem occurs after you have made your purchase, we will notify you immediately by telephone or email. However, it must be borne in mind that during excessive demand periods 14 days should be allowed for delivery.

When will I be billed?

Your card will be billed by Cookrite Online Ltd at the time of placing your order, as products are dispatched the same day. However, if a problem occurs after you have made your purchase, we will notify you either by telephone or email immediately.
