Do not place the plate over a naked flame or directly on to a heat source.

Gas Ovens

Some gas ovens have an exposed flame. Pre-heat the oven before putting the Plate inside. Using the middle or top shelf only, place the Plate towards the front or rear of the shelf to avoid placing the plate directly over the flame.

Microwave Ovens

The Plate can be purchased with or without handles. Check the measurements of your microwave oven to ensure it fits and the turntable will freely rotate. The measurements are as follows:

With handles – 329mm x 370mm x 20mm High

Without handles – 329mm Diameter x 20mm High

Self-cleaning Ovens

Always remove the Plate from the oven before using the self-clean mode of your oven.

Cleaning your Cookrite Products

The simplest way to clean the Plate is to soak in hot soapy water before cleaning. Use a non-scratch scourer or brush to remove any residue. Some domestic oven cleaners can be used. Ensure the cleaner is food safe, follow the manufacturer’s instructions and rinse thoroughly.
