Product Guarantee & Returns Policy

The Cookrite Guarantee covers faulty manufacturing and materials provided that the product is used in normal household conditions and strictly in accordance with the ‘Product Care’ instructions supplied.

It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.

Please complete and enclose the Warranty Card with any product returned.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

If during the first 14 days of receiving your merchandise you wish to return the goods, we will refund the full cost provided that the merchandise has not been used and is returned to us in its original packaging.
