Product Guarantee & Returns Policy

The Cookrite Guarantee covers faulty manufacturing and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase - provided that the product is used in normal household conditions and strictly in accordance with the ‘Product Care’ instructions supplied.

It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.
