Maple and Cinnamon Pears
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
• 4 pears, peeled and halved
• juice of 1/2 orange
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 150g (5oz) Mascarpone cheese
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 350F/180C/Gas mark 4.
Remove the core from the pears and slice thinly.
Mix together the orange juice, cinnamon and maple syrup.
Drizzle over the pear slices and toss well.
Arrange onto your Cookrite plate and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve warm with a spoonful of Mascarpone cheese.
