Chocolate Bananas

An instant pud that kids and grown ups will love.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4

4 bananas
100g (4oz) chocolate drops (milk or plain)
1 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 400F/200C/Gas mark 6.

Remove a 2.5cm (1in) strip of skin lengthways from each banana and make a slit in the flesh, open out carefully to form a boat shape.

Sprinkle the chocolate drops into the slit.

Sprinkle with coconut if using.

Lift onto your Cookrite plate and bake for 15 minutes.

Serve hot while chocolate is still runny.
